The UMD Discovery Center at National Landing features three classrooms, two conference rooms, and two interview rooms to meet your lecture and meeting needs.

AV and Wifi
National Landing utilizes the same classroom AV systems used on campus in College Park, allowing you to plug and play with ease. UMD students, faculty, and staff will automatically connect to the EDUROAM wifi available in the space, and guests can connect to the UMD Guest network.

Office 303Office 303 can be reserved as a quiet workspace for the day. It has a desk, two guest chairs, and a UMD phone. |

Classroom 310 Classroom 310 offers intimate, flexible seating for 16 with full AV capabilities.

Classrooms 313 and 314Classrooms 313 and 314 offer great flexibility. Separately they each seat 36, or open their dividing wall (which also acts as a floor to ceiling writable whiteboard), and they become a 72-seat room. The AV system automatically adjusts to separated or combined use. |

Conference Room 315Conference room 315 comfortably sits eight and offers a display monitor and audio/video capabilities for virtual meetings.

Interview Rooms 307-308Interview rooms 307 and 308 provide a private and convenient location for faculty and students to meet with collaborators or prospective employers.

LoungeA comfortable lounge nurtures group collaboration in a sunny atmosphere, it provides a convenient place to work or relax between meetings in the DMV’s cyber valley.
