All UMD academic units and departments can reserve space at UMD National Landing for UMD-related activities. UMD’s space at National Landing offers an excellent location for lectures, conferences, symposiums, meetings, and a place to hang out between tasks. Space availability can be viewed here. Simply type NL in the locations search bar and click Search. Email nationallanding@umd.edu or call 301.405.4702 to reserve space.
At this time, student groups cannot reserve space at National Landing without sponsorship from an academic unit or department.
UMD is certified to operate academic programs at National Landing by the State Council of Higher Education in Virginia (SCHEV).
