No signage may be taped to the walls or other surfaces. The event organizer is responsible for bringing tripods or sign holders for your event. Event organizers may advertise on the building monitors leading up to the event. Users can submit a single slide that will play on loop along with other content. Approved slides will be displayed approximately one week after submission. Only faculty and staff are permitted to submit content. ESJ cannot accommodate posting event schedules or any day-of specific content on the building’s monitors.
